The... read more Volkswagen was dirty, had no good a/c for people sitting in rear, and had missing vents in the back of van. He also was supposed to have champagne and glasses but instead provided the bride and her Bachlorette crew with plastic cups.

We were... read more picked up from the hotel on time and transferred to the dock where the crew of 4 were already waiting for us. Eduardo (who picked us) kept on his mask the entire time. We were a group of 5 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant. The crew took immaculate care during the entire trip. They were very caring and attentive to all our needs. Luis (captain) was very experienced and allowed us to plan the day to our liking. The food was amazing and prepared fresh on the boat by the chef. The other two crew members helped with snorkeling and other activities. We had a memorable experience and would highly recommend chartering from them. …
