After some conversation the contractor figured it out. Trip advisor was 0 help and I couldn’t find a number to call. Had we shown up wo the call the night before it would have been a disaster. But we did and the boat was kick ass the crew was too. They are great.

Eduardo also helped us book a Dolphin activity for us, in Isla mujeres, it was a great experience.... read more We got to snorkle and sampled ceviche and other snacks prepared for us by the crew. I highly recomend Magic-Sea Luxury Yacht Charter Company.

We were... read more picked up from the hotel on time and transferred to the dock where the crew of 4 were already waiting for us. Eduardo (who picked us) kept on his mask the entire time. We were a group of 5 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant. The crew took immaculate care during the entire trip. They were very caring and attentive to all our needs. Luis (captain) was very experienced and allowed us to plan the day to our liking. The food was amazing and prepared fresh on the boat by the chef. The other two crew members helped with snorkeling and other activities. We had a memorable experience and would highly recommend chartering from them.
