They not only made us feel special, but they went above and beyond with service, suggestions, and even helping with the babies in the family. The day was so perfect and with a large group that’s a difficult task. The catamaran was beautiful and more than we expected. The crew took us to snorkel in area without a bunch of other people. They served us drinks, food, towels, and anything we needed. All of this while being so kind and accommodating. They were so upbeat and friendly, full of knowledge and always helpful. We would give them more stars if it were possible. Thank you again for making this the best day of our trip.

  • star rating  This guy Eduardo has no customer service. I booked and payed for a Mercedes sprinter Van, he sent a Volkswagen & stated they have the same type of seats. The... read more Volkswagen was dirty, had no good a/c for people sitting in rear, and had missing vents in the back of van. He also was supposed to have champagne and glasses but instead provided the bride and her Bachlorette crew with plastic cups.
