Meeting at the Aquaworld marina, located in front of the Melia Cancun hotel, half an hour before departure to take the Reef Express for a crossing by the Nichupte lagoon for 20 minutes, finally arriving at the “Subsee Explorer”, which emulates a submarine but it does not submerge.

The Paradise Subsee is a cross between a yellow submarine and a glass-bottomed boat.

Explore the fantastic paradise reef in air-conditioned comfort, a narrated voyage through fish-packed coral gardens. Our glass-bottom Subsee boat explorer provides the experience of complete submersion. Have fun identifying fish and other marine life!

Ride aboard the Subsee Explorer and enjoy the most beautiful reefs of the Nizuc Reef. You will see a lot of corals, turtles, and fish during the 35-minute ride, and if you are lucky you might even see a shark.

You will also have the chance to see part of the Cancun Underwater Museum (MUSA).  This amazing Cancun eco-project was created to combine art with nature. The life-sized statues are made with marine clay to promote the growth of coral reefs as well as provide a habitat for fish and marine life.

As you follow the path of the Paradise SubSee you will see the statues named Veinman, Resurrection, The Speaker, and Self-Immolation – visibility depends on weather conditions.
