Q? CAN WE ADD A JET SKI?
A. Jet skis have an additional cost and have to be requested with time to add them to your reservation. The cost of towing a jet ski during your whole trip is around 500 USD. Or the captain can ride to a designated area where you can rent it and use it for 1 hour or 30 min for around 150 USD. IMPORTANT: for security reasons, jet skis are now restricted in many areas around Isla Mujeres, so you can only use them in designated areas.
Q? CAN THE YACHT PICK US UP AT THE DOCK OF MY HOTEL?
A. No, usually hotels do not allow the use of their docks, you would have to ask directly at your hotel and consider that the time that the yacht takes to get to the dock, starts counting from your rental time. For example: if your rented 4 hours and the yacht takes 1 hour to get to the dock, and then 1 hour to get back from the dock to the marina, those are 2 hours that are deducted from your rental time.

Q? CAN THE YACHT PICK US UP IN TULUM OR PLAYA DEL CARMEN?
A. No, the only Marinas are located in Cancun or Puerto Aventuras, therefore it is necessary that you hire ground transportation.
Q? HOW DO WE GET TO THE MARINA?
A. We can arrange round transportation for you and your group from Cancun, Riviera Maya, and Tulum on a SUB, VAN, MINIBUS, or BUS.
Q? IS FOOD CATERING AVAILABLE ON ALL CHARTERS?
A. Catering can be hired at an additional cost, depending on the number of passengers. It includes Chef, food, and an open bar and we can adjust to your preferences.
Q? CAN WE BRING DRINKS OR FOOD ON BOARD?
A. You may bring anything additional you may want to eat or drink.
Q? CAN WE GO SNORKELING OR DO ANY OTHER WATER ACTIVITIES?
A. Snorkeling is included in the rental price. You can do jet skiing, wakeboarding, paddleboard, kayaking, or any other water activities you enjoy at an additional price. The captain will advise on that day the best area to do these activities depending on the weather conditions.
Q? CAN WE GET OFF THE YACHT TO EXPLORE ISLA MUJERES?
A. Yes of course that is possible, but the fee for using the dock is around 25 USD (500 MXN) per yacht, which can be paid in cash or card.
Q? WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY HALF DAY & FULL DAY?
A. Half Day means 4hrs, and Full Day means 8Hrs. Extra hours will be charged separately.
Q? WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A. If cancellation is due to weather we will refund 100% of your money. If cancellation is on the date of your charter there will be no refund. All cancellations must be given within at least 7 days.
Q? HOW SHOULD WE BOOK THE YACHT?
A. To book, just make an initial deposit and then pay the remaining at departure time with a card, cash, or Wire Transfer (ZELLE). Avoid commissions using wire transfers or cash!
Q? CAN WE GET A SPECIAL OCCASION ARRANGEMENT?
A. Yes we organize birthday, anniversaries, bachelorettes, etc, which includes balloons, cake, and/or sparkling wine bottles. Please let us know what you need to we can send an invoice.
Q? WHAT IS THE USUAL ITINERARY?
A. Time starts running from the moment the time that was agreed on the rental. The yacht can sail around Cancun or straight to Isla Mujeres, stop at a snorkeling spot, and then stop at a calm beach so you can enjoy, or get down to the island.
Q? Which is the Recommended Attire?
A: Light sportswear, swimming suit, towels, walking shoes, hat, camera & suntan lotion.
Q? WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER IN THE CANCUN AREA?
A: The climate is very changeable, it can be cloudy for a few minutes and after a while Sun. A: For hotels (like Majestic, Attire, Secrets, Garza Blanca, Dreams, Excellence, Finest, Palladium, and Planet Hollywood) in the area of Costa Mujeres (Playa Mujeres or the continental side of Isla Mujeres) the place closest to aboard is Marina at punta Sam or Marina La Amada or Yacht Fun at Playa Mujeres.
